Beyond the Surface: My shadow work journey

5 tips on how to start today!

Since I began my daily meditation practices, I have found that being more present is a fundamental aspect of shadow work. When we are fully present, we become acutely aware of our thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. My meditation sessions have allowed me to confront my shadow—the parts of myself that I prefer to keep hidden from the world. These shadows have accumulated over my life, shaped by my past experiences and traumas. While they may have been necessary for survival at the time, they no longer serve me; instead, they weigh me down.

In my latest video, I delve into my history with shadow work and share how I utilize meditation to address it. I also offer helpful strategies and questions to consider for your reflective journal. I hope you find it useful! I've also posted this content on my YouTube channel and shared an article about shadow work in my recent posts. Let's work on our growth together, everyone!
