I started meditating at the end of 2019, and I am very grateful that I have stayed consistent with it. I began with just 10 seconds a day, always before work, not realizing all the benefits it would bring. As someone who finds it challenging to sit still or focus for long periods, I made the choice to meditate every day. In this video, I break down the benefits of meditation.
